Suffolk Plant Centre remains open

We would like to inform you that Suffolk Plant Centre will remain open and continue to run essential operations, in line with official COVID-secure guidelines.

We appreciate the continued support from all our customers in helping us to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The wellbeing of our customers and staff is of utmost importance to us and we have followed government guidelines to include the mandatory wearing of facemasks and social distancing.

We hope that all of our customers, staff and their families remain safe and healthy during these difficult times.

Safety measures for in-store shopping

To ensure that both our customers and colleagues remain safe whilst in our store, we have introduced the following measures:

• Maintain a 2-metre (6ft) distance between all customers and staff in store, where possible
• Provide separate entrance and exit points to help customers keep a safe distance from one another
• Limit the number of customers in-store at any one time through a queuing system
• Encourage card or contactless payments
• Request customers to shop by themselves, where possible
• Regular handwashing and store cleaning by our staff
