Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • These terms and conditions apply to all gift vouchers issued by Suffolk Plant Centre.
  • By purchasing, redeeming a voucher the holder agrees to be bound by these conditions.
  • Vouchers can be purchased and redeemed in store at Suffolk Plant Centre, Main Road, Pettistree IP13 0HH
  • Vouchers may be redeemed for goods sold by Suffolk Plant Centre only.
  • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and no change or credit will be given for unused balances.
  • If the total amount of purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
  • Suffolk Plant Centre is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen gift vouchers, vouchers will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • Suffolk Plant Centre reserves the right to refuse redemption if it suspects fraud or misuse of these terms and conditions
